Great think about Greenlake is the inventory. Greenlake has a little bit of everything to fit every budget. From 80 year old townhouses, new estates, and young condos. Whatever fits your taste, budget or needs can be found. South to Mid-Greenlake is the most expensive. North Greenlake and West Greenlake is where you can find more value for the dollar.

Let's face it. Greenlake is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Seattle. Greenlake can also be VERY congested, especially in the summer. You really have to be okay with folks milling around the neighborhood really at all hours. If that's cool with you then you'll love living here.

Green Lake is a beautiful little neighborhood that is right in the heart of Seattle. I recall going swimming there since before I can remember. The sense of community and love that the people have for it is outstanding, and in most cases, rare. It is a great part of Seattle that is surrounded by restaurants and shops which is always fun. Green lake is also easy access to other main roads that are supper fundamental to getting around the big city. I am proud to have grown up in the Green Lake area.
