Yes, I’m big, proud and rare. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two parking spaces and two storage units. I live like a house smacked in the middle of Fremont funk. I’m the full package. 96 walk-score, hundred of trendy eats and drinks within a stones throw, as is canal park and Burke Gilman Trail. I’m the type of home you can keep around a while. Not having to sell soon saves you money later. Get a roommate and spring for me. You won’t be sorry. + MORE

One interesting thing we discovered while ripping up the flooring was just how solid this condo is built. The trusses are 22" thick with concrete over the subfloor. No wonder we never heard the upstairs neighbors. Plus this unit is a corner unit that shares only one wall. We loved this condo because it really lives like a house!
