PARKS AND COMMUNITY SPACE

When I was young I dreamed of growing up in a neighborhood like Magnolia. I would have rode my bike all over Magnolia’s wide, quiet streets. There are parks around every corner including Seattle’s largest; Discovery Park. Views of Downtown, views of Puget Sound, walking trails, community center with pool, tennis, and tons of great gathering spaces all surround you.

BRIGHT NOW, BRILLIANT LATER

Magnolia is going through a bit of phenomenal growth in home values as of late. This is for many reasons. I mean, Magnolia is picturesque and the homes are beautiful, but I think there is another reason, too.

COMMUTERS PARADISE

Once upon a time, the main gripe about Magnolia was the commute... but now, the commute is the draw. Long, long ago before Seattle slammed another 100,000 employees downtown, folks used to complain about Magnolia being too far away and about the drive being too long. Well all I have to say is try getting downtown in 15 minutes from Queen Anne during rush hour. Magnolia’s drive downtown hasn’t changed much... it's still just 10 to 15 minutes as always.

REFRESHED FOR YOU

Where else can you find timeless style with a traditional layout PLUS that “like new” feel that only new homes seem to offer?! This immaculate light-filled retreat delights from the second you step in through the front door… a gorgeous oak staircase winds its way upstairs, while sunlight cascades in through 3 skylights overhead. Details like eye-catching wainscoting and built-in shelving displays in the formal dining room are just part of what makes this home extraordinary!

There are parks around every corner including Seattle’s largest park Discovery Park. Views of Downtown, views of Puget Sound, walking trails, community center with pool, tennis, and tons of great gathering spaces. The best part is my mom wouldn’t have needed to be worry about me. Magnolia lacks busy thoroughfare’s and the neighbors here look after one another. Magnolia is that neighborhood in Seattle or anywhere else that makes you feel at pease and ease. Now these sorts of neighborhoods usually exist miles from an urban core. This is what makes Magnolia Truly special. Magnolia is INSIDE the urban core of Seattle. You can bike to downtown along the water front in only 20 minutes or drive in only 10 minutes. It’s a little piece of Mayberry wrapped in Seattle.

BRIGHT NOW, BRILLIANT LATER

Magnolia is going through a bit of phenomenal growth in home values as of late. This is for many reasons. I mean, Magnolia is picturesque and the homes are beautiful, but I think there is another reason, too. For those who may work at Google, Facebook, Tableau, Big Fish, D9, Amazon, Expedia (coming soon!), or anywhere in Downtown Seattle, Magnolia is in an ideal location. Because Magnolia is a peninsula, most people assume that it will take a long time to get anywhere, but that’s a misconception. From the heart of Magnolia to Pike Place Market, you’re looking at just a 12-minute car ride or a 20-minute bus ride. Did you know you can also ride your bike from Magnolia to Downtown Seattle on the Elliott Bay Trail? Enjoy a scenic ride that’s just you and spectacular views of the Puget Sound! The Microsoft Connector bus also runs through the neighborhood.
