WHAT OUR CLIENTS LOVE

“Really nice for walking the dogs, people are friendly, and it’s so easy to get to anywhere from here—if you like a little bit of exercise walking, places like the Arboretum, the shore at Madison Park, downtown to Pike Place and shopping… they’re all easy to get to, as well as all the fab restaurants and coffee shops the surrounding area has to offer. Plus, nothing is further than a 10-15 minute Uber ride.” - Maria & Desmond F.

GETTING OUT & ABOUT

If you’re ok taking the bus or biking, you might as well call Madison Valley the heart of the city! It’s easy to head east to Madison Park and the waterfront, or west toward Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle. Plus, the bus runs right along Madison Street making this even easier.
