Getting Out & About:

If you’re ok taking the bus or biking, you might as well call Madison Valley the heart of the city! It’s easy to head east to Madison Park and the waterfront, or west toward Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle. Plus, the bus runs right along Madison street making this even easier.

Madison Valley has a lot going on for it, and it’s a deal at this point. There are mainly townhomes, and the prices for the location is still very good.

Dining in Madison Valley

There are some fantastic restaurants in this part of town! LUC, Crush, Cafe Flora, Nishino, Harvest Vine, Essential Baking Company, and more are all options. For grocery stores, Safeway is right on Madison and 23rd, and there’s a Trader Joe’s and Central Co-op Market just up the hill.
